DEVELOPING INDIVIDUALS AND TEAMS

WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING COURSES

We support you to build individual, team and organisational capabilities through our training or workshops. Attend one of our training courses, request training in-house or blend training within our consulting delivery.

THE TOPICS WE TRAIN

Our training and workshops draw on topics which reflect the utilisation of skills in practice. To get a better sense of which training is most relevant to you please request our training brochure. For in house training and blended learning this will be customised for you and presented to you as a proposal after an initial meeting.

Mini workshops
Mini workshops are delivered and customised in a way that allows those attending to build literacy in certain topics, begin to think critically about the topic area and be signposted to pathways where they can find out more.
External Training

Training is delivered on the subject matter and drawing case studies from a variety of sectors and fields.  They go one step beyond the mini workshops and provide individuals with the concepts, tools and resources from which to begin to apply learning in their work.  These workshops are scheduled throughout the year and are delivered either face to face or online.

In House training

Workshops delivered in house are adapted to suit clients’ contexts and needs.  In house training is delivered for the same length as external training and can be delivered face to face or on-line.

Blending learning with consulting service

Blended learning with consulting focuses on capability building throughout a consulting service where collaborative project work is merged with capability building.  It draws on a range of topics that are brought together relevant to the project we are working with the client on and the learning is directly applied to the project itself in real time.
